Costumed adventuress Ms. Mauser (Candle Boxxx) falls into a trap by low- budget villain Colonel Phobos. He uses a "sonic scrambler" to render the spandex-clad heroine immobile, and she's helpless to resist as a masked henchman binds and ballgags her (on-screen). Her captor plans to torment his lovely prisoner, but she's saved from the torture when the equipment fails. The masked henchman then begins to cut away her shiny uniform.
 
 
The gorgeous redhead is stripped down to a black garterbelt, stockings, high heels, gloves and a choker. She's tightly bound at the wrists and elbows, yet she makes a daring escape attempt. She's caught again, and her valiant efforts are reqwarded with a painfully tight crotch-rope. The masked henchman ballgags her again and binds her legs, then Colonel Phobos threatens her with his deadly genetically engineered spider. Our heroine miraculously survives the deadly peril, then she's left to struggle in a strict hogtie.

The busty heroine is dressed up in black sheer-to-waist pantyhose, high heels, gloves, and a choker by the villain's henchman and his intern. She's ballgagged again, and secured at the wrists and elbows, and subjected to a snug crotch-rope. The bored minions compel the captive heroine to put on a show for them, displaying her amazingly long legs, then forcing her to kneel and beg to them. The show continues until Colonel Phobos discovers the game, and begin the final phase of his evil plan for her.
 


Colonel Phobos tires of playing with his ballgagged hostage, and instructs the henchman to secure her to a stool. To end Ms. Mauser's career, he's going to blast her with his diabolical "Fear Ray." Unless she can escape, the helpless heroine will be kept in a state of mental terror forever!

The main story is followed by "Creative Burglary." Asian beauty Jennifer Lee comes home and is grabbed by a masked burglar. No sooner does the intruder have her tapegagged and fold-tied when a security guard (buxom superstar Akira Lane) comes in to investigate. The home invader tries to convince the gorgeous guard that they're just playing a game, despite Jennifer's gagged protests.
 


He shows Akira the script for their roleplay, and the busty guard is quite surprised to read that she gets bound and gagged as well. Soon both women are helplessly tied up and tapegagged, and the burglar leaves them to struggle and squirm as he completes his crime.
